The objective of the working group is to bring together around the same table experts (coaches, recruiters, athletic trainers, pro staff, etc.) who are particularly familiar with high-potential players who have succeeded in a professional career at the highest level.
Participants:
Amaury Barlet (OL), Pierre Chavrondier (OL), Eric Hely (OL), Jean-Yves Ogier (OL), Vincent Ponsot (OL), Pierre Sage (OL), Jean-Francois Vulliez (OL), Francis De Taddéo (MHSC), Véronique Mercier-Zimmermann (MHSC), Gérard Bonneau (DFCO), Pierre Caillet (Ginkyo)
The challenge of the working group: The creation of a digital twin of high-potential soccer players based on the Thesaurus-Football© and the multiple intelligences method.
Some applications:
Inform the decision-making of all stakeholders to optimize efficiency (better ROI).
Simulate training actions on this "copy" to predict the effects (success/failure) even before the athlete is trained.
Anticipate problems before they occur.
To work better in the long term: to view the situation objectively, to plan the actions to be carried out, to control the follow-up of the development of the various forms of intelligence and, as on a GPS, to recalculate a new action plan if necessary.
Increase the power of the employees.
Refine financial valuation models.
Test a training device to make it a reality.
Etc.
