The result of a working group of about 30 experts over a period of 2 years, the THESAURUS FOOTBALL® reference system is made up of more than 200 criteria, organized into 7 complementary areas whose consideration is essential to measure the sporting performance, the potential and to evaluate the fair financial value of soccer players.
The objective of the training center is to detect and recruit the best high potentials, then to transform these potentials into skills to gain in performance.

As an expert in the measurement of intangible capital of companies, Ginkyo has joined the process initiated in 2011 by the Minister of Economy and Finance Christine LAGARDE.
After 3 years of research, in collaboration with a reference training club: Olympique Lyonnais; Ginkyo Football Technology has developed the standard for the evaluation and accounting of the Human-Player Capital of soccer clubs.
The Thesaurus-Football® Standard was audited and evaluated on October 25, 2017 at the request of the General Directorate of Enterprises (Ministry of Economy and Finance) by a college of international experts.
