In partnership with the Ginkyo Ratings Agency, on the basis of the 2019 edition of the barometer of the intangible assets of soccer clubs, the jury of the Observatoire de l'Immatériel, composed of independent personalities, has studied 3 themes of the intangible assets of soccer clubs:
1 - The ability of clubs to create intangible value through their training center
2 - The ability of clubs to create intangible value through their trading activities
3 - The ability of clubs to turn intangibles into cash.
After analysis and scoring by the jury, Club Olympique Lyonnais came out on top.
The trophy of the intangible category soccer club 2020 was officially awarded to Vincent Ponsot (Director of Football at Olympique Lyonnais) during the 9th National Day of Intangible Assets on November 26, 2020 afternoon.
